What career should I pursue? What does my future career entail? These are some of questions we ask ourselves when we are about to join the job market. During this period of uncertainty, you’ll find yourself tossing around ideas of what you’d like to do and which industry you’d like to work in. A little guidance is what you need in order to make an informed decision about your career and the Fuzu-Team Adelle job shadowing program offers you that opportunity.

We are super excited to announce the launch of the Fuzu-Team Adelle job shadowing program February 2019 intake! This program aims to offer selected applicants a life-changing opportunity to be mentored by experienced professionals in their areas of interest in partnering organizations.

This year’s program is set to begin on 1st April and will run for two weeks up to 12th April. The selected candidates will be placed into the respective departments and will be expected to shadow for four hours per day. At the end of the two-week program, employers will at their discretion offer an internship opportunity to the mentees.

We received a lot of positive feedback from the 2018 cohort, this reaffirmed our mission of supporting and empowering career builders to lead meaningful career lives. Here are some comments from 2018’s participants:
