It is now thinking about more than just safe rides, building out its platform of other on-demand services such as parcel delivery, food and payments. Today on the app in Kampala, you can buy airtime, send a parcel and transfer your wallet balance from your SafeBoda app to your friends’ app.

2. Co - Founder and CEO, Alastair Sussock
By joining forces with Ricky and fellow co-founder Max, Alastair helped grow Kampala from just 5 drivers and more recently led the expansion beyond Kampala while spearheading capital raising - SafeBoda is now a company with 5 offices across 4 countries and has over 200 staff. A true innovator to learn from.
3. Kenya Country Head, John Ngari
