As the leader of this team, he does all the quality checks to ensure that the jobs are genuine and relevant. As such, he is very strict but also kind. Tony makes sure that all the team members are on top of their game within the first week into their new role. This means that there’s a lot of back-and-forth with his team members which can be draining. Whenever he feels frustrated after a long day at work, he finds solace in playing video games like Crisis to ease the pressure. Shooting his opponents calms him down!
‘Mr. Moody’ Edward
This lad believes that any given time is coffee o’clock. He can’t start his day without a cup of coffee and whenever the kitchen staff delay making it, he has no identifiable personality whatsoever. It’s like coffee brings out all the energy in him. You will often find him glued to his computer listening to Don Moen songs and probably meditating about the next Sunday service if there’s a delay in getting his coffee.
Smiley Dennis
Ever met a cool, silent guy who is always smiling at everything and anything? Denno’s face lights up with smiles every time you walk up to him for assistance. For this reason, we always make sure that he sits next to Edward whenever his coffee is not ready to cheer him up. He is also curious about his surrounding. Every time he encounters a new group of people in an office, matatu or a gathering, he monitors each and every person to ensure that they are all safe.
‘Mother Hen’ Grace
For the longest time she was the only lady in the team. She is always calling out the rest of the team when they have not completed their tasks. You are likely to hear her voice shouting from one side of the room and asking her teammate to make a quick change on a particular role. And the response ‘yes, ma’am’ from her colleague would follow from the other end of the room.
‘Newbie’ Sharon
She recently joined the team after we figured out Grace needed company. Having graduated just last Friday, Sharon announces her entry to the office with that ‘click’ and ‘clack’ sound of red high heels every morning. From the look of things, she has hit the ground running on a very ‘high’ note but we are eagerly waiting to see how long she can keep up before sliding back to flat shoes. We can see it coming!
