Congratulations the meaning of mental health is especially need this is something so fine and easier, it wants to know yourself who's , and Iam! Sometimes feel unlearned to correct learning something elsewhere. This is the best conversation to implement

Stress Management and wellness using cognitive behavioral tools such as thoughts that is to say being able to objectively observe our thoughts.take a moment to close your eyes and try to notice some of the things you are telling yourself and notice some of your thoughts not try to judge them just the way they are and being able to be the observer of those thoughts maybe you notice thoughts about you to do less or your mind is trying to build up to the right places or thought about images things Pop in to your head and you are working on to being the observer of these thoughts.its really a challenging skills and to develop that you might take classes on meditation. Being able to know that thoughts are facts. Knowing how thoughts trigger our feeling

This is a very practical piece that will change lives. Fuzu is being thoughtful and the collaborations with Bonga and Wazi are a testament to to what must be a very conscientious internal culture. Mental illness is real and ever increasing all around us. Covid -19 has just exacerbated the strain many people were feeling. It is time we spoke about mental health, wellness, whole being so much more and Fuzu is sure leading the way in this and showing such maturity in spot lighting the issue.

Thanks for your service. However, I wish the mental health platform would be widen to the extent members can access direct connection with many other psychiatric professionals than to only psychology counselors.

    Patience | May 21, 2020 05:16

Mental health is no longer an illusion but a reality. It is sad that the society still deems it a weakness and stigmatizes this very thing that is with us. I appreciate Fuzu for creating awareness and initiating discussions around mental health!
