We will be rolling out bigger and better job shadowing programs over the coming months, so lookout for the second round of applications
Last week, we partnered with social activist and radio personality Adelle Onyango to provide aspiring professionals a one-on-one opportunity to job shadow and learn directly from industry experts in the leading organizations across Kenya. And boy there was excitement! For the one week that applications were open, we received over 800 applications!
If you missed out, don’t worry! Since there is clearly strong interest, we will be rolling out bigger and better job shadowing programs over the coming months, so lookout for the second round of applications kicking off mid-October. We have already partnered with Standard Group, Big Square, SafeBoda, Gulf African Bank, and Mabati Rolling Mills among others to give you the best job shadowing experience. With the amount of excitement for the job shadowing program, we have also broadened our partnership. Together with Adelle, we will also be rolling out:
- Training workshops to cover topics such as CV and cover letter writing, interviewing tips, and networking tips. Let us know if you are interested in specific topics in the comments below and look out for these workshops in November!
