We are looking for passionate and dynamic 2023 graduates who are eager to kick-start their careers in educational training. As a graduate Trainer Intern, you will assist in the planning, execution, and enhancement of training programs across various departments such as Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, and Building & Construction.

Sections and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Building and Construction, Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, or Bachelor of Technology Education civil engineering Or related fields

Minimum Requirements

  • Must have graduated in the year 2023.
  • Previous training related experience is an advantage but not a requirement.

Skills and Competencies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude towards learning and professional growth.
  • Proficient in relevant industry software and tools, depending on area of specialization.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required.
