About
Nendo is an award-winning research and marketing agency that drives impact globally through insights and behaviour change. We service clients throughout Africa from our Nairobi office. We are a remote-first organisation learning to transition to hybrid working methods. Founded by Mark Kaigwa, our work spans over 20 African countries, from Francophone, Lusophone, and Anglophone Africa. Our clients come from a variety of industries, and we add more industries every year, ranging from banking, insurance, fintech, healthcare, telecom, social marketing, public health, pharmaceuticals, and airlines. Nendo's work has appeared on the top page of the People Daily, The Sunday Nation, and the 9PM primetime news, among many other international and regional newspapers. Not to mention the New York Times' international coverage. Besides health insurance, tools-of-trade, an airtime/internet stipend, and access to up to 3 different coworking spaces in the greater Westlands and Riverside area of Nairobi, we look out for our people. We invest in learning plans, online experiences for teammates. Mental health is an underserved area in the marketing, communications, and research industry. Nendo has a mental health company benefit with private and anonymous sessions with a mental health professional from our panel or one of your choice paid for by Nendo. If this sounds like the type of place you'd be interested in working in, we'd be glad to have you.
