- Overall
responsibility of the finance department and providing leadership to the
accounting team. - Ensuring
that statutory returns are maintained and paid on time. - Manage
all accounting operations. - Maintaining
the creditors and debtor’s records of the company in order, and ensuring
timely payment of creditors and collection of debts. - Maintaining
correcting bank positions and records of all the monies collected. - Keeping
a budget and forecasting of the company's expenses.
Responsibilities
- Overall

- Financial
and tax planning and modeling. - Preparation
of timely management accounts and financial reports. - Preparation
of annual financial statements and overseeing external audit process. - Accurately
maintain financial records to meet local legal and tax requirements and
preparation of monthly tax returns. - Finance
team development. - Contribute
to the development and execution of the company´s growth strategy. - Provide
advice to the Managing Director relating to policy implementation and financial
management.
