students as appropriate


Requirements

1. should have an earned PHD or Master degree on PHD track
OR

Master’s degree in Clinical Science.

2. Should have excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills.

3. Should have been proven ability to conduct scholarly research.

4. Should be computer literate.

5. Should have the ability to work in a team and network with the link minded

6. Should have at least (2) years teaching experience at the level of Assistant Lecturer

gained from a recognized institution of higher learning.

7. Should have a good track records of service to the public.



Job Application Procedure

1. Qualifying Candidate should submit 5 copies of

their applications duly signed together with certified

photocopies of their transcripts, certificates and

latest copy of their Curriculum Vitae giving full details

of the applicant’s education, work experience and

naming three referees with their postal addresses and

day time phone contact. The application should be

addressed to the University Secretary and applicants

must make sure that at least two referees have

forwarded recommendation letters concerning

their application to the University Secretary before

the closing date of this advertisement in the same

application document.

1. Prepare lecture and deliver them to undergraduate and post graduate students.
2. Set test examinations and coursework.

3. Marks tests, course work and examination scripts, compiles and grades examination

results.

4. Grade and advise students on their academic performance.

5. Attends to students’ non-academic challenges and refers those that need further

counseling and guidance.

6. Conduct research and disseminates research findings through conferences, seminars

and publications.

7. Supervises undergraduate and post graduate students undertaking their research

projects.

8. Conduct seminars and tutorials.

9. Administer and invigilates tests and examinations

10. carries out official administrative duties in the department as directed by Head of

Departments.

11. Contributes to the University and wider society through community service.
