Job Description

  • Our client is seeking a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team.
  • This person will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting them with their inquiries and concerns.
  • The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

Duties

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments as needed.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
