Job Overview

  • As a Network Expansion and Development Officer, you will lead the strategic planning and execution of network expansion initiatives for the organization.
  • This role requires expertise in building and managing partnerships, along with strong project management skills to drive successful expansion projects.
  • You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to identify opportunities, establish partnerships, and oversee the implementation of expansion projects.

Key Duties
Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive network expansion strategy aligned with the company's objectives and growth targets.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential areas for expansion, new markets, and partnership opportunities.
  • Collaborate with senior management to define expansion goals, priorities, and resource allocation.

Partnership Development:

  • Identify and engage potential partners, distributors, and strategic alliances to expand the company's network.
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to establish mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements, terms, and contracts to ensure alignment of objectives and successful collaboration.
  • Provide ongoing support and resources to partners to facilitate their success and drive mutual growth.

Project Management:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute network expansion projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure adherence to project milestones and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and partners to ensure smooth project execution and timely implementation.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies as needed to ensure project success.

Relationship Management:

  • Maintain regular communication and engagement with partners to foster strong relationships and drive collaboration.
  • Address partner inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a proactive and professional manner.
  • Conduct performance reviews and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of partnerships and identify areas for improvement.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, providing support and guidance throughout the partnership lifecycle.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on network expansion activities, progress, and outcomes for senior management review.
  • Analyze key metrics and KPIs to track the performance and ROI of expansion initiatives.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive continuous growth.
