Responsibilities

Tele-Selling: Calling our existing customers to upgrade them to Televisions and other products which the company has to offer
Conversion Objectives: Responsible on ensuring the campaign achieves its conversions and sales objectives
Quality Objectives: To ensure the quality of calling adheres to set quality standards
Productivity Objectives: To adhere to expected talk time benchmarks to maximize productivity
