Job Summary

Our client is an independent integrated communications agency that works to earn attention to their customers and incite action by championing integration and placing people, culture and relationships at the very heart of everything they do.

They are looking for a show stopping Account Director to join the team. This is a new exciting role for the individual ready for a challenge.
You will be part of the Agency's senior team. Your contribution will help shape the future success of the agency and deliver quantifiable results. You will lead an agency team and be the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients where your ability to forge strong relationships will position you as a trusted adviser. You will help to retain and grow those clients by delivering excellent and effective campaigns, as well as by developing new business opportunities through your own creative and strategic input.


  1. Line management of the agency team of Account Managers, Account Executives and Junior Account Executives.
  2. Managing a diverse and stimulating range of client relationships; delivering intelligent informed counsel and (award-winning) communications solutions.
  3. Seamlessly including added value digital integration within the agency's wider services.
  4. Digital marketing and social media campaigns that run across all key social platforms and communities.
  5. Strategically planning all activities and events for a portfolio of clients.
  6. Being the main point of contact for your clients; managing issues, opportunities, budgets and organic growth of their business.
  7. Presenting and pitching for new business.
  8. Maintaining a high awareness of issues and trends, as well as emergers in client markets.
