Overview of the role:
Fuzu is looking to hire an Account Excellence Associate to join our growing team of Fuzulets in Kampala . You will be tasked with ensuring that every existing and new client on Fuzu finds value from the platform and continues to use Fuzu for all their hiring needs. You will use a consultative approach to ensure every client lists all their job opportunities on Fuzu while proactively supporting the client in ensuring they find the right talent in their desired timeframe.

Responsibilities

  1. Supporting our Fuzu clients by managing their accounts
  2. Training and on boarding of new clients to the Fuzu platform and ensuring they are set up for success
  3. Maximizing the lifetime value of all clients by ensuring they get value from the platform
  4. Monitoring of all internal campaigns the client gets the right talent
  5. Ensuring successful hire of all roles posted on the Fuzu platform
  6. Headhunting and sourcing support for our clients
Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Experience in HR/Talent Acquisition with a minimum of 2 years of experience
  2. Solution driven approach experience in helping clients identifying improvement areas in their hiring process
  3. Strong understanding of the recruitment space in Uganda
  4. Member HRMAU is an added advantage
  5. Experience in B2B account management
  6. Experience with sales is a very big plus

Job Requirements

Required education: Bachelor's degree
Required relevant work experience: 2 years
Required languages: English (Spoken: fluent | Written: fluent)
