Job Summary

Our client in real estate seeks to recruit an Admin Assistant; a well-rounded Admin Assistant who can manage most office operations- Administrative, Reception and lease agreements.


• Organize office operations and procedures

• Maintain office records
• Receive visitors and guide them appropriately
• Draft lease agreements for the tenants
• Escalate any issues with tenants
• Collect rent banking slips and reconcile them
• Ensure filing systems are maintained and up to date
• Monitor and record phone calls
• Control correspondences 
• Move around coordinating various properties
• Maintain office and apartment’s equipment /inventories
• Check stock to determine inventory levels
• Manage office petty cash
