Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or Secretarial or Secretarial, Development Studies, Social Sciences and Office Management from a recognized institution
At least four (4) years of professional working experience in Administrative field in a recognized and competitive institution.

i. Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
ii. Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
iii. Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party
