Job Summary

  1. Provide efficient secretarial and office management services.
  2. Receiving and attending to visitors
  3. Accessing staff leave and medical claims
  4. Making travel arrangements for staff and trustees
  5. Preparation of Board Minutes and Board room meeting venue
  6. Receiving and dispatching correspondences.
  7. Organizing and supervising refreshments during meetings
  8. Keeping office impurest for day to day running of the office (Tea Imprest)
  9. Handling incoming and outgoing calls and directing them accordingly.
  10. Managing the info e-mail account and directing correspondences to the relevant office/officer
  11. Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
