Job Summary

Purpose of the position:-
To provide an efficient and responsive administrative, organizational and logistical support to Mochez Model office.

· Offer logistical support to Casting Director and .C.E.O
· Coordinate the customer service function for Mochez Model
· Coordinate all Mochez Models Casting and events


Responsibilities

1. Administrative role

  •         Mochez Models calendar management andcoordination of executive meetings and jobs.
  •         Manage Mochez Models communication.
  •         Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
  •         Coordinate Mochez Models.
  •         Communication: Filter general information,queries, phone calls and invitations.
  •         Assist the Casting Director with preparation ofpresentation materials and/or edit the same·
  •         Assist Casting Director in Reporting: Ensureperiodic reports to clients and other stakeholders are submitted on a timelybasis.
  •         Coordinate all office management activities.
 2. Customer Support
  •     Assist in managing all scale for Successtraining including venue, training material and communication to theentrepreneurs·
  •         Organize model training, schedules andcoordinate logistics.
  •        Provide Scale for success clients withinformation needed including: training material and managing their schedules.
3. Events Coordination.
  •         Coordinate all Mochez Model events, promotions.
4. Business Support
  •         Coordinate client meetings
  •         Manage and update the database of referralclients,
  •         Offer logistical support during casting andevents
