Admissions & Records Associate

Reporting to the Assistant Registrar, Uganda the incumbent will be required to plan, implement and coordinate registrorial (i.e. student recruitment, admissions, records, convocation) and student experience/academic activities (i.e. co-curricular, term is, meetings) and provide reports on these matters to achieve and maintain the University’s academic standards and quality assurance.

- In liaison with assigned staff, coordinate die admission process to improve awareness 0f University programmes by admitting qualiﬁed candidates into the programmes.
Ensure compliance, accurate and timely production of student transcripts as well as effective planning of student activities.
Coordinate the convocation ceremonies in an organized manner
Ensure Updated students records and status as well as maintenance of university-student communication channels
