Requirements:
  1. Diploma in Purchase and Supplies Management and any related studies
  2. Computer literacy
  3. Attention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical errors
  4. Proficiency in inventory software and systems
  5. Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
  6. Good organisational and time management skills
  7. Good Excel skills (creating spreadsheets and using financial functions)

Responsibilities

  1. Processing of all reverse Flow packages and action each as stipulated in the standard operating procedures.
  2. Queue management and ownership of all internal and interlinked queues and closing them within the stipulated service Level Agreement ( SLA).
  3. Conduct product QC when items are received prior to processing and map them correctly.
  4. Timely response to queries sent from other teams,resolving and escalating as required.
  5. Communicate closely with customer Service and other departments to perform and offer timely information as stipulated in the company standards.
