Job Summary

Functionally reporting to the Business Growth Manager in the branch and administratively to the Assistant Manager Credit where you will be stationed

Minimum requirements:

  1. The ideal candidates should have a Bachelors’ degree from a reputable Institution with good grades in Agricultural economics, Agricultural Extension, Agricultural Land Use and Management, Agribusiness Management, Agricultural and Rural Innovation or in any other relevant / related field.
  2. Candidates MUST have a Credit in Math and English at O ’Level
  3. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, self-driven and eager to learn. He/she must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  4. Computer literacy and familiarity with the Microsoft applications
  5. Should be fluent in commonly used local languages and should be willing to work at any of our branches where we have operations
  6. Candidates in the teaching profession are encouraged to apply
  7. Between 22 – 30 years of age

Responsibilities

  1. Marketing the Agricultural loan product.
  2. Client mobilization, sensitization and training.
  3. Loan disbursements.
  4. Ensuring proper filing of all Agricultural loan documentation.
  5. Participate in the development of new partnerships with potential clients
  6. Follow up and recovery of loans.
  7. Cross-sell the company’s products to clients and enhance / protect the reputation of the company at all times.
  8. Contribute positively to branch performance by continuously achieving all set targets.
