Job Summary

AmEntres is a training and job placement agency whose main purpose is to change attitudes around the workplace. We provide employability training services to mid-level managers, office staff and young graduates . The AETW is a 6 week program that takes place once a week on Saturday mornings. After the training, we source for job placements for successful graduates of the program as full time staff, interns, leased employees or as freelance consultants. We are accepting applications from employed staff, young diploma and degree graduates looking to further their careers.

Our professional trainers are vastly experienced in professional development training, life skills training and employability skills training. We guarantee that the candidate will enjoy the experience and leave the training with a different perception towards the norms of working in Kenya. Candidates also have the opportunity to choose whether they are interested in full time job placements, internships, freelance opportunities or working as outsourced staff, this is however subject to one’s previous work experience and also their performance during training.
In order to apply for the AmEntres Employability Workshop Training you must match the following requirements:
1. You must have a diploma or a bachelor’s degree.
2. You must have at least one year’s working experience.
3. You must reside within Nairobi or it’s close environs.
4. You must be able to attend all the 6 Saturday morning training sessions.
5. You must also possess good writing and communication skills.

Kindly note that the AmEntres Employability Workshop has a cost of Ksh.7,500.
