Job Summary

  • Communication and trainings in all actions run by the company.
  • Setting up aims with independent consultants.
  • Follow up (monitoring), training and coaching leaders by being in the field/market.
  • Ensuring regular trainings and meetings for leaders.


Responsibilities

  1. Develop new leaders and pursue that each leader in the country is developed through the Academy to success and the Success Plan Career Ladder.
  2. Achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly Recruitment, Sales and Leadership Development targets assigned to the market.
  3. Handle and develop Sales and Service Teams.
  4. Co-ordinate and follow-up with the Customer Service Supervisor to ensure all CS and WH KPIs are delivered.
  5. Act as an expert advisor/partner in the business who can guide, establish and evaluate the leaders associated with his/her branches and enhance their skills through regular training.
  6. Organize, Promote and Support all activities and events such as new product launches, seminars, conferences, prospecting activities, incentive trips, training, etc. that communicate with and motivate the sales force.
  7. Drive brand perception and awareness in the market in line with global standards.
  8. In consultation with his/her accounts and direct reports establish, control and evaluate periodic targets related to:
  9. Sales and recruitment for each director/leader and his/her Personal Group through SARPIO.
  10. Performance of each director/leader in relation to the Success Plan (new
  11. Titles, bonuses, incentive trips, etc.) and growth of new leaders below them.
  12. Participation and contribution of each director/leader in activities such as
  13. Catalogue launches and training with a focus on new Consultants.
  14. Provide Ideas to directors/ leaders to develop their business further, by sharing best practices, which could Improve sales, recruitment and productivity of the sales force.
  15. Actively uphold the code of ethics as laid down in the Policy manual.
  16. To execute the above tasks the AM will have to formalise the following agenda:
  17. Personal meetings (one-to-one-meetings) with each account.
  18. Establish permanent phone and/or mail contact with each director in his/her account.
  19. Work extensively in the field to communicate, train, inspire and motivate the accounts to achieve mutually agreed upon targets.
