Job Summary
Required Qualifications
1. A PhD in Soil Science or related field
1. A PhD in Soil Science or related field
2. MSc.in Soil Science from recognized institution.
3. An honors BSc. in Agriculture or BSc. in Agricultural Land Use and Management or BSc. in Agricultural Engineering from recognized institution
Responsibilities
1.
Teaching, examining and grading students at both Graduate and Undergraduate levels in soil Physics, Hydrology, Soil and Water Conservation
2. Supervision research for Undergraduate and Graduate Students.
3. Mentoring of Junior Staff.
4. Conducting research and community outreach activities.
5. Writing proposals for attracting funding to the Department.
6. And any other official duties as assigned by the Head of Department

Required education: Post-graduate educationRequired relevant work experience: 3 years
