Job Summary

Functionally reporting to the Business Growth Manager in the branch and administratively to the Assistant Manager Operations where you will be stationed

Minimum Requirement:

  1. Good Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, IT, Social Sciences and related fields.
  2. Candidates MUST have a Credit in Math and English at O ’Level
  3. Ability to think critically, and make decisions
  4. Good interpersonal skills with ability to create lasting relationship with clients
  5. Must be flexible, fast learner with positive attitude.
  6. Computer literacy and familiarity with the Microsoft applications
  7. Must be Between 22-30 years of age

Responsibilities

  1. Receives deposits from customers and ensures that proper amounts are posted in the system
  2. Pays out cash to customer and ensure that right amounts are posted in the system
  3. Identifies customers in line with know your customer policy
  4. Provides information and guidance to customers and answer all customer queries
  5. Balances days work and ensures that right amounts accompanied with the relevant Vouchers are lodged with the supervisor at the end of the day
  6. Ensures safe custody and regularly assesses cash in till
  7. Issues in house vouchers and deposit booklet
  8. Receives cheques and prepares daily reports for cheques received
  9. Handle all money transfer transactions in the branch
  10. Promotes bank products and services through cross selling
  11. Handle e-banking related transactions
