Job Summary

Our client, a dynamic Company Group dealing in Hospitality, Retail and Healthcare is looking to recruit a BDM & Marketing Manager for their Healthcare Company. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5-years’ proven experience of Sales and Marketing with at least 3 years in Business development. Must have multicultural experience and/or studied abroad.


Responsibilities

  1. Design and implement the company marketing strategy.
  2. Manage online marketing, company website and social media presence.
  3. Oversee & coordinate all the prospecting & customers’ management functions.
  4. Support penetration into new markets.
  5. Propose the implementation of marketing ideas to drive increased market penetration.
  6. Formulate/Follow dedicated & focused Business Plans for new Market segments & develop & execute them.
  7. Responsible for the success for performance and development of the new and potential customers.
  8. Prepares action plans by individuals & by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
  9. Provide insight for the improvement of company’s sales & activity performance via sales intelligence.
  10. Assists in the development & implementation of solution and proposal marketing plans as needed.
  11. Maintains accurate records of all pricings, competitor profiles & activity reports of new customers.
  12. Provide full support as required by the employer.
