This position aims to maximize overall performance of the branch by tackling critical areas impacting performance. The Ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years in in retail and possess excellent leadership skills. An equal emphasis will be given to candidates logical thinking skills which will help in constructing systems, controls and process flows and will equally help in guiding the teams with the day-to-day operations.
- Enhancing the overall customer experience of the branches.
- Keep Upgrading the product mix of branch that will give the best performance.
- Ensuring all Staffs are best equipped with knowledge and skills related to selling.
- Submitting detail sales reports on a monthly basis with critical comments on the performance on how to improve
- Participating in regular performance meetings with HQ retail management team with a presentation of reports
