Job Summary

We are looking for an Assistant Advisor in our Transaction Advisory services Service line, who will assist in handling multiple client engagements while serving as a business advisor to clients. Using our global learning tool, we will help you develop the skills you need to be successful. And as part of market-leading global Transaction advisory professionals, you will gain valuable experience across industries and geographies and have the opportunity to deepen your subject matter knowledge. You will interact with clients in order to collect all the necessary data/information, set-up and maintain Transaction advisory files, keep up to date detailed information on client engagements in the business line and maintain a daily log of business activities and opportunities.

Responsibilities

1. As an Assistant Advisor, you will engage in the writing of proposals and the management of client engagements.,
   
2. Participate in financial analyses and report documentation relating to projects,
   
3. Support in writing proposal documents/ business development,
   
4. Perform market researches both by desk review and primary data gathering,
   
5. Stay abreast of general business and economic developments and applies their understanding of the client's business and industry to participate related in Team debrief.
