Role overview:
As a Business Development Associate(Telesales) you will join our fast and furious Business Development team and will be responsible for closing deals over the phone will maintaining good client relationships.

Responsibilities

  1. Follow up on all inboard leads and conduct a needs analysis to determine how Fuzu will speak to those needs.
  2. Cross-selling and upselling to our existing pay-go customers to achieve a 95% upselling rate
  3. Supporting the Account Excellence team to ensure the successful execution of each account
  4. Supporting in onboarding new clients to the platform
  5. Manage data for new and prospective clients within our CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate for easy follow-up
Qualifications:
  1. 1-3 years of business development experience. (preferably of an online service)
  2. Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas.
  3. A proven track record of forming and maintaining strong client relationships.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Strong computer skills in using Excel, Word., and PowerPoint
  6. Understanding of the Talent Acquisition Space will be an added advantage

Job Requirements

Required education: Diploma, Associate's degree
Required relevant work experience: 2 years
Required languages: English (Spoken: fluent | Written: fluent)
