As a Business Development Executive you will be responsible for closing deals through cold calling and maintaining good customer relationships .

Responsibilities

  1. Identifying and establishing contact with potential clients
  2. Identifying decision makers proactively through phone prospecting and lead follow up to start the business development process
  3. Following up on organic leads that can from the platform
  4. Conducting a needs analysis and determining prospects pain points to determine how Fuzu will speak to those needs.
  5. Managing data for new and prospective clients within the CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached.
  6. Creating and delivering qualified leads to the Sales team
  7. Going the “extra mile” to meet your own targets and as well as the team targets
  8. Supporting in innovation of Fuzu business models and value proposition
  9. Having a critical eye toward processes and offer ways to improve on them.
Skills & Experience
  1. 1-3 years business development experience. ( preferably of an online service)
  2. Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas.
  3. A proven track record of forming and maintaining strong client relationships.
  4. Excellent client service skills.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Strong computer skills in using Excel, Word., and PowerPoint
  7. Lots of initiative and a positive attitude
  8. Ability to think on your feet

Job Requirements

Required education: Diploma, Associate's degree
Required relevant work experience: 18 months
