Job Specifications (Minimum):
University graduate in Business related field
Sales and marketing and or Finance qualification.
At least 3 years in Operating Lease product Sales or Motor Vehicle / Equipment sales with good
understanding of Operating Lease , Hire purchase and Instalment Sale product.
Sales Skills: Experience in selling to senior executives in large corporations.
Analytical Skills: Experience in interpreting financial information/statements.
Credit appraisal skills: Ability to evaluate and give recommendations on loan applications.
Product Knowledge: Sound knowledge of the accounting, tax and legal framework within whichOperating Lease product is offered.
Industry knowledge: Candid knowledge of HP, IPF and OPL products in the industry and the businessopportunities that underlie these areas.
Computer Skills: Computer literate in MS Windows environment.
Self-driven and proactive – Result oriented and works with minimum supervision.
Personal ethics – Honest, hardworking and a person of high integrity.
Team player – Ability to fit and contribute to teamwork.
People skills: Build and maintain healthy business relationships with direct customers/Equipment andVehicle Dealers.

Achieve the annual sales targets for NIC Leasing Operating Lease products.
Develop a clear aggressive well updated sales pipeline to both existing and potential customers ensuring
to file all call memo’s to the General Manager NIC Leasing LLP.
Continuously identify and develop new and profitable business opportunities.
Execution of marketing programs in line with the NIC Leasing LLP strategy
Implement sales plans/strategy for self-aimed at increasing new business and
Collaborating and coordinating the development and implementation of sales initiatives with otherbusiness Teams within NIC Bank Group so as to maximize on cross-selling opportunities.
Establish effective communication relationships with customers and other internal supporting personnel.
In conjunction with General Manager, leasing conduct product review and product development throughconstant feedback from the market.
Price the lease transaction in line with the provided guidelines in order to ensure a maximum return oninvestment
Process and Control
Ensure that regular visits to clients within the portfolio with approved Leasing Lines of Credit to enhancerelationships.
Liaise with the respective Corporate RMs and Credit Analyst to ensure that annual reviews are conductedwithin by the review date or by the end of the approved extension period. .
Collate feedback and facilitate resolution of any outstanding issues related to NIC Leasing customers.
Operations & Audit Compliance
Perform snap-checks monthly and ensure that any anomalies/exceptions are sorted out.
Ensure that the department achieves a minimum rating of “satisfactory” in any audit.
Ensure that all credit proposals and applications submitted comply with credit policy guidelines.
Conduct periodic training sessions with the teams to ensure all teams are equipped with relevant skills andproduct knowledge.
