We currently have an exciting career opportunity for the position of Client and Agency Support Officer reporting to the Manager Client Services, with the position being based in Nairobi.
Role Purpose
Interact with Jubilee Insurance agents and customers to offer them information to address inquiries regarding products and services. Help resolve any customer complaints and implements initiatives to improve customer satisfaction levels and loyalty and ensuring that the customers receive world class customer service experience. Manage retail persistency through initiatives assigned on a day to day basis.

Responsibilities

 Act as a key contact point for Jubilee Insurance financial advisors and offer day-to-day administrative support
 Take calls and general emails from agents and customers and answer their questions in a timely and professional
 When necessary, make out bound calls to customers in a professional and friendly way
 Handle enquiries on and support different types of policy alterations and policy servicing on different types of products efficiently and effectively. Prepare non-financial policy endorsements
 Support business projects and ad hoc requirements when required
 Manage the branch’s administrative tasks as required and handle daily working reports for the branch
 Manage the in force and lapsed customers, direct client booking and drive policy reinstatements to meet persistency targets
 Provide analysis on different initiatives at the branches
 Ensure enrollment of customers and financial advisors on self-service portals
 Carry out initial underwriting for all submitted businesses
