Job Summary

eProd Solutions is an ICT company that offers a Supply Chain Management Solution for agribusiness and member-based organizations that work with small scale farmers. Currently
eProd is used in 20+ value chains and in 11 countries in Africa.The company is growing fast and we are currently looking for young ambitious junior ICT experts that are willing to participate in a 6-months traineeship program to learn about various aspects of eProd Solutions. The trainee will work in the Development and Client Relations Departments during their traineeship. The trainee will be involved in the development and testing of the software and will assist in implementations with clients. After successful completion of the traineeship, the trainee can be assured of an interesting position at a growing regionally operating ICT company!

Willingness to travel internationally

The client relations Trainee is open in the below countries too,
1. Ethiopia -
You will report directly to the Client Relations Manager.
Management has the right to assign you other additional duties within the scope
of work.
Multilingual with local Ethiopian languages is an advantage
2. Tanzania -
You will report directly to the Client Relations Manager.
Management has the right to assign you other additional duties within the scope
of work.
Multilingual is an advantage: French, Spanish, Amharic, etc.

Responsibilities

Your main tasks are related to the support of the different teams and departments within the company: development, marketing, client technical support, project management,
The purpose of the traineeship is to learn about the company and its different departments. The trainee will have limited responsibilities for assigned tasks related to assignments:
1. Testing and review/ adjustment of the training manual
2. CRM management/ data entry/ reporting
3. Backoffice support
4. M&E/ Project management
5. Marketing and Sales
.

Job Requirements

Required education: Bachelor's degree
Required relevant work experience: 6 months
Required languages: Swahili (Spoken: basic | Written: basic)English (Spoken: fluent | Written: fluent),
