Client Relationship Officer (Tanzania)

The Client Relationship (CR) Officer provides support to the Client Relationship Management team on relevant operations. The CR Officer work focus will be with Tanzania clientele and collaborate with other CR Officers outside Tanzania to ensure quality client onboarding, training, support, and retention.

• Testing and review/ adjustment of the training manual
  

• CRM management/ data entry/ reporting
  

• Back office support for Tanzania client base
  

• Monitoring & Evaluation/ Project management for Tanzania based activities
  

• Marketing and Sales for Tanzania client base
  

• In collaboration with the eProd Tanzania representative, coordinate with various stakeholders on events based in Tanzania.
  

  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business information technology or similar discipline
  

• 2 to 3 years relevant working is an asset
  

• Proficiency in English required (Additional preferred Swahili)
  

• Strong database (MySQL) and object-role modelling (ORM) skills
  

• Working knowledge of cloud systems
  

• Experience in producing technical designs for software applications.
  

• Team player and effective communicator
  

• Innovative and creative thinker
  

• Must be willing to travel up to 30% of the time in remote areas in Tanzania and countries in Sub-Saharan Africa
  

• Willing to frequently travel to Nairobi office with a minimum of quarterly visits
