Job Summary

The candidate will provide clinical expertise, advice, leadership, and support to the Prisons Service in the consistent delivery of a high quality, client-focused HIV/AIDS services that match the needs of the prisons population and provides value for money.


a) Ensures that the national HIV/AIDS policies are aligned with prisons environment to meet cooperative agreement objectives.

b) Provides technical and clinical guidance, leadership and support to regional clinics on HIV/AIDS management.
c) Coordinates the work schedule and reports.
d) Ensures that human resource capacity needs are available and functional.
