Job Summary

In Uganda, we implement programmes in five thematic programme areas of Child Protection, Child Rights Governance, Education, Child Poverty, Health and Nutrition in Development and Emergency contexts. Save the Children delivers programs in over 36 districts in the North, Rwenzori, North-Eastern, West Nile and Central regions of Uganda. We save children's lives. We fight for their rights. To support the construction of structures at field level. The position holder shall support the construction supervisor to ensure that construction works are professionally done in accordance to the designs and specifications with regards to quality, cost, time, and safety. This involves close liaison with logistics, procurement, and senior program officers in the program, as well as coordination with other operational agencies in our areas. The role will require approximately 60% time in the field site and 40% time at the field offices.
