Country Associate Consultants - Responsibilities
Identify and share with Country Lead at Head Office, business opportunities for consulting, training and outsourcing in leadership and management.
May represent ACLAIM Africa Limited in prospect and client meetings held in home country in liaison with Head Office.
Provide updates on country context as requested by Head Office to ensure that ACLAIM is responsive and, where possible, write insights on the same.
Participate in engagements conducted in-country, either to provide country context or - if in area of expertise - deliver technically.
Country Associate Consultants - Opportunities
Participate in scheduled ACLAIM Academy webinars to learn about various consultancy models as well as lessons drawn from consultancy engagements delivered.
Receive and be informed through ACLAIM Insights written about ACLAIM Sectors and ACLAIM Customer-Segments.
Receive payment for time on consultancy engagements delivered in the home country in conjuction with ACLAIM Africa Limited.
Opportunity to travel and deliver consultancy engagements in other countries in Africa, other than home country.
Opportunity to become full-time staff and part of leadership in home country, if desired, once ACLAIM Africa Limited is incorporated in the country.
