Job Summary

The Creative & Design Services fellow is responsible for development of BURN’s Creative strategy (messaging, graphic and visual design) worldwide and is a key member of the team responsible for corporate and product branding.

Responsibilities


  • Strategic Creative Direction: Working inconjunction with the senior management team, and applicable team members fromthe marketing, sales and expansion departments, strategize and devise graphicand visual campaigns that support BURN’s branding and sales goalsglobally. Codify BURN’s corporate and product identity graphics into adefined visual standards manual. Serve as the creative development leadfor all marketing-related tactical campaigns and initiatives.
  • Design Programme Implementation: Overseecreative development processes of the graphics and related artwork for allcorporate and product materials to ensure they consistently meet BURN’sbranding standards and support applicable branding, awareness and salesobjectives. Design all artwork to visually communicate BURN’s messagingand product value/benefit propositions, including, but not limited to: Productpackaging, print advertising, point-of-sale displays/ merchandising, printmarketing collateral, social/online media graphics, exhibition marketing,e-newsletters and promotional advertising.
  • Creative Services Partner Management: Inconjunction with other marketing team members, manage external creativepartners (printers, promotional advertising firms and others) and relatedbudgets required for programme implementation.
  •  Miscellaneous: Work in a team-basedmanner with BURN colleagues and provide professional support for otherdepartmental initiatives as needed and assigned.

Job Requirements

Required education: Diploma, Associate's degree
Required relevant work experience: 5 years
