Job Summary

Looking for a leader to build and maintain relationships with enterprise customers from deal closure to implementation support, collaborate with sales executive and customer support staff. Our mobile-based sales automation service, SENRI, is aiming at changing way they work at enterprises, and strengthening distribution networks in Africa. Starting from 2015, we have been successful in development of the service and acquisition of customers in Kenya and Uganda,with a multi-national team from Kenya, DRC, Uganda and Japan. For further growth and empowering our team, we need you now.

Responsibilities


1. Scope of work
Lead customer in manufacturing and distributing companies to decide starting our service
Run presentation and product demo at the meeting
Plan how to close customers and agree on term based on the initial calls and meeting
Let directors make decision to start a project
Support customer in management/senior level to utilize our service
Support customer to start and set up our service
Run training for customer
Monitor satisfaction, challenge or feedback from customer for a long term

2. Requirements
At least 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales (Corporate Sales)
Self-motivated to keep improving the way of work
A goal-oriented and dedicated team member
Flexible in working with a small multi-national team

3. Working conditions
Working hour: 8:30-17:30
Working day­: Monday – Friday
Compensation to be discussed based on his/her capability and experience
Provational period will be 3-6 months
Long-term employment decision to be made by the end of this period

Job Requirements

Required education: Diploma, Associate's degree
Required relevant work experience: 2 years
Required skills: Negotiation; Business to Business (B2B) sales; Account management; Customer relations; User management and administration; Office tools: Word, Excel, Outlook; Product demonstration and promotion; After sales; Corporate communications
Required languages: English (Spoken: fluent | Written: fluent)
