A receptionist is a crucial role as he/she acts as the first point of contact for
visitors and callers, ensuring a positive and professional impression of the
company. Responsibilities include welcoming and assisting visitors, managing inquiries,
providing information about the company and maintaining a tidy front desk area.

Responsibilities

A receptionist is a crucial role as he/she acts as the first point of contact for
visitors and callers, ensuring a positive and professional impression of the
company. Responsibilities include welcoming and assisting visitors, managing inquiries,
providing information about the company and maintaining a tidy front desk area.

  • Receiving and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Assist visitors with inquiries and provide information about the company.

  • Offer hospitality by providing refreshments to walk in customers.

  • Assist visitors with inquiries and provide information about the company.

  • Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.

  • Answer and direct incoming calls / Emails promptly.

  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient communication.

  • Schedule and manage Visitors Reservations and coordinating the boardroom meetings.

  • Receive and distribute mail and packages brought in from the different branches.

  • Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.


QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business related filed / communication.

  • Professional attitude and appearance.

  • Solid written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive.

  • Excellent organizational skills.

  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize task.

  • Customer service attitude.
