Overview of the Role:
If you have an interest in Career Development, Coaching Support and other opportunities that Fuzu can offer to users in the African Market, then we are looking for you.
As a Customer Success Associate, you will join our new and exciting Customer Experience team and you will be tasked with creating awareness of our new Fuzu Exclusive career support features and services launched to our Career Builder (Job Seeker) community. With a direct connection to our users, you’ll also be responsible for gathering feedback and helpful insights to help us serve our users better. You should be able to easily connect with our users by understanding their needs and guiding them through the Fuzu features that align with their career needs.
You will be working remotely hence proper internet connection and access to a laptop is a must.

Responsibilities

  1. Reaching out to Fuzu pre-selected users and understanding their current career goals and ambitions
  1. Understanding the needs of Fuzu-users and act as an adviser by guiding them through the Fuzu’s services based on their needs .
  2. Work with the Growth Team to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet monthly revenue goals.
  3. Support our Career Builders in identifying the best B2C packages based on their needs
  4. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our services to users according to their needs and objectives
Qualifications:
  1. Strong Telesales experience with at least 1 year as a Debt Collector or Call Centre experience
  2. Be a Fuzu Brand Ambassador- You understand all available features of the Fuzu platform
  3. Good communication, Strong conversational and interpersonal skills
  4. Good problem-solving skills
  5. Exceptional level of motivation, desire, competitiveness, customer-driven focus
  6. Ability to be empathetic with Fuzu users
  7. Experience selling a B2C product will be an added advantage

Job Requirements

Required education: Bachelor's degree
Required relevant work experience: 2 years
Required languages: English (Spoken: fluent | Written: fluent)
