Job Summary

Our client, a State Corporation in the financial regulatory sector wishes to recruit a Deputy General Manager - Examinations.
Applicants are required to immediately initiate self-clearance (Comply with Chapter 6 of the Constitution of Kenya) from: -

• Oversee the development and implementation of Examination Strategy

• Ensure implementation of the examination process in order to enhance the financial institution soundness
• Provide strategic leadership to the Department
• Develop and implement the Department’s Budget
• Ensure effective communication of relevant policies to the units
• Verification and presentation of examination reports
• Ensure implementation of risk assessment plans from examination reports and develop mitigating measures
• Enforce laws, regulations and prudential guidelines
• Manage performance and development of onsite inspection staff and provide professional leadership
