Job Summary

Our client, a State Corporation in the financial regulatory sector wishes to recruit a Deputy General Manager - Strategy & Compliance.

• Formulating and monitoring Corporation’s Strategic plan, Annual Work Plans and Performance Contracts

• Aligning budgeting process with Corporation’s work plans
• Monitoring and reporting on implementation of the strategy on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Developing short, medium and long-term plans in order to align corporate strategies in line with best practice and Corporation’s Vision and Mission
• Coordinating periodic corporate strategy reviews
• Coordinating Monitoring and Evaluation of the Corporation’s activities
• Developing and Monitoring Corporate Performance Systems
• Compiling of the Corporation’s annual work plan
• Coordinating Corporation’s input in national and sectoral planning processes
• Overseeing of Performance Contracting
• Spearheading ISO Certification
• Coordinating the development and monitoring the implementation of the Corporation’s Service Delivery Charter
• Developing and implementing corporate ethics and anti-corruption framework
