Job Summary

To assist in providing leadership and management support in the delivery of health services in the hospital.


  1. Participate in writing proposals and carrying out research on cancer management
  2. Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
  3. Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
  4. Enforce ethical standards and observance of the Professional Codes of Conduct and Ethics.
  5. Initiate Capacity Building and Development Programmes for the Hospital Staff.
  6. Plan and develop clinical programmes
  7. Provide leadership and guidance in all clinical, diagnostics and related disciplines.
  8. Coordinate the budgeting process for the Clinical Departments to ensure that the budget conforms to the Hospital’s strategic plan.
  9. Assist the Hospital Director to ensure a positive training environment for the Hospital’s Internship and Post Graduate Programs.
  10. Participate in promoting a research centered approach internally and in collaboration with Local and International Organizations.
  11. Assist the Hospital Director in identifying areas for improvement in the day to day work and act upon them as appropriate.
