Job Summary

The job holder will be part of a Marketing Team of the company which develops and manages growing Social Media and Online activities for the company. We are looking for a self-driven Digital Marketing person to attract and interact with targeted virtual communities and network users with an aim of gradually achieving customer engagement, website traffic and revenue by strategically exploiting all aspects of the social media platforms.


Responsibilities

  1. Content creation – writing blog posts, articles, newsletters, communications materials, and material for social media channels
  2. Social media marketing – creating, managing and growing the company’s presence through blogs, Twitter, Facebook, and other strategically relevant online properties
  3. Events and event planning – attending events with our Business Development Manager and planning meetups, taking random photos for the space.
  4. Public relations –managing incoming media requests and building relationships with industry journalists; creating, executing and measuring media campaigns
  5. Customer relations –will be responsible to overlook the customer support – collecting reports, and forwarding clients feedbacks to the Business Development Manager. Managing any online feedback forums such as Get Satisfaction pages
  6. Communications/marketing strategy –will be responsible for to implement strategic marketing/communications plans Lid down by The Business Development Manager and to provide local market insight for the company’s public-facing communications. S/he will also communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
  7. Analytics – Using Google Analytics and other measurement tools to provide reports on metrics, and continually find ways to improve on those metrics through testing and new initiatives
