Shortlisted candidates shall be required to produce original and copies of their National Identity Card, academic and professional certificates and transcripts, KRA, HELB, EACC and CRB clearances and Certificate of good conduct during the interviews.
Serving officers shall be required to produce the original letter of appointment to their current substantive post during the interview.
i. Development, implementation and evaluation of the relevant division strategies plans, Programmes and Projects in collaboration with other Departments and Stakeholders Planning and Supervision for the relevant division’s Programmers and activities.
ii. Organization, direction, control and co-ordination of the functions of the division.
iii. Interpreting and applying national and county laws and other related statutes in the division in line with the county goals and objectives.
iv. Developing appropriate county departmental policies legal and institutional framework for the mandate of the division.
v. Handling administrative, Human Resources and assets management issues.
vi. Oversee preparation of annual work plans and financial budgets competence as reflected in work performance and results.
vii. Be conversant with policy formulation and implementation
viii. Be a strategic thinker and result oriented,
ix. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of devolution, the county development objectives and vision 2030.
x. Satisfy the requirement of Chapter six of constitution of Kenya 2010 on leadership and integrity.Required education
