Reporting to the Sub Area Manager and with technical support from the program manager-health and nutrition, the Medical Doctor is responsible for:
- Ensuring quality in primary health care activities / services provided to refugees and host communities at the health facility and in the catchment communities by providing medical consultations.
- In addition to patient care, s/he will lead the team, supervising medical staffs under him/her, conduct on-the-job trainings, maintain accurate patient and SC records and provides input to SC reports and participate in the smooth functioning of the clinic.
- The role holder will be expected to work outside the normal role profile and be able to vary working hours accordingly
