Job Summary

Required Qualifications

A Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized Institution

Experience

At least three years working experience, in electrical Installations.

Responsibilities

1. Study building plans and working drawings to determine work aids required and sequence of installations;

2. Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem;

3. Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures, based on job specifications and local codes;

4. Connect power cables to equipment, such as electric range or motor, and installs grounding leads;

5. Repair motors, transformers, generators, and electronic controllers on machine tools and industrial robots;

6. Thread conduit ends and connect couplings and conduit fittings;

7. Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures, using testing devices to ensure compatibility and safety of system;

8. Perform any other official duties as assigned by the Supervisor

Job Requirements

Required education: Diploma, Associate's degree
Required relevant work experience: 3 years
Required languages: English (Spoken: fluent | Written: fluent)
