- Manage the day-to-day working relationship between the brand and current retail partners in Singapore
Identify growth opportunities in existing relationships
Deliver upon sales goals within the respective accounts.
Maintain knowledge of competitive solutions and pricing.
Develop marketing initiatives to support the growth of the accounts under management.
Targeted sales achievement Merchandising/promotional activities
Assists with the management of the approved store budget by monitoring adherence to customer fee and credit policies/practices.
Participate in recruiting, selecting and hiring staff.
Demonstrates technical competence for products and services sold.
- Conducts weekly staff meetings to communicate company trends, happenings, performance statistics and standards.
