Assist the Chief Finance Information Officer and implement the strategic development of Finance Department through ERP solutions.
Assure reliability, completeness of accounts and compliance with laws and established accounting standards through ERP systems.
Provide strategic and quality financial advice to support and enhance the operations of the business and ensure compliance and adherence to all relevant Statutory and Management/Group reporting requirements.
Interact with stakeholders, customers and technical resources to design, implement and maintain security structures for delivered and customized applications
Audit routine security in the ERP environments to ensure all users are appropriate provisioned for their work functions.
Monitors accounting software to ensure security of the system.
Analyse and resolve security and access problems related to ERP applications.
Develop and maintain SOP’s related to security design, implementation and processes within the ERP system.
Assist finance and operational departments to train and instruct users with respect to their specific day-to-day problems, execute corrective action when necessary.
Support managers in business process improvements, implementing best practices and fully utilising ERP system capabilities.
Assist finance and operational departments in various projects to improve productivity of business processes.
Develop and customization of ERP reports.
Ensures ERP system meets business requirements and goals and fulfils user requirements.
Monitor and identify problems in any of ERP system daily.
Develops and implement a Group financial consolidation system

Required education: Bachelor's degree Required relevant work experience: 5 years Required languages: English (Spoken: fluent | Written: fluent)
